The Masada Teen Trip and Travel program takes campers on up to three trips a week including a two-night trip to Pennsylvania for thrilling whitewater rafting, a visit to Hershey Park, and more! A second two-night getaway is planned to an all-inclusive sleepaway camp!

Camp Veritans Day Camp offers a variety of programs designed to meet the needs and interests of every child.
Here's a glimpse into what awaits your camper!
Lower Camp (Ages 3-9):
✰ Daily fun:
Enjoy Red Cross swim instruction, camp-wide competitions, special guest vendors, and age-appropriate activities like specialized arts programming, sports instruction, STEM, nature exploration, and more!
✰ Preschool Program (Pre-K 3 & 4):
This program provides everything Camp Veritans has to offer, but tailored specifically for younger campers. Experienced educators lead the program, providing a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and fun.
✰ Kindergarten & 1st Grade:
This age group enjoys a variety of activities, with an exciting late-night event thrown into the mix for some extra summer fun.
✰ 2nd & 3rd Grade:
Get ready for all the daily camp fun, plus a late night and even a day trip!
Upper Camp (Ages 10-15):
✰ 4th & 5th Grade:
Electives allow campers to explore new interests, while three trips and an in-camp overnight add to the summer adventures.
✰ 6th & 7th Grade:
Eight exciting trips, including a Broadway show in NYC, are on the agenda, along with an overnight at camp!
✰ 8th & 9th Grade:
The Masada Teen Trip and Travel Program offers up to three trips per week, with two epic two-night adventures. Campers will experience whitewater rafting, Hershey Park, and more! A summer-long "Survivor" competition adds a touch of friendly competition to the camp season.
✰ 10th Grade:
The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program provides a dynamic curriculum focused on leadership skills. CITs work alongside experienced counselors and enjoy weekly trips with the Teen Travel Program.

Camp Veritans Day Camp: Unforgettable Summer Adventures Await!
Camp Veritans Day Camp, accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA), has provided an exciting and enriching summer experience for children ages 3-15 for over 75 years. With transportation provided to and from our 60-acre campgrounds in Haledon, NJ, summer for you and your child has never been more convenient and FUN. We offer exciting camp activities that cultivate friendships, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
Our program is designed to keep children active and engaged all day with outdoor adventure courses and sports programming, daily Red Cross swim instruction, creative arts exploration, STEM programming, unique special activities and even dynamic trips for campers entering 2nd grade and up.
At Camp Veritans, we prioritize safety and ensure a nurturing environment where campers can discover new talents and interests and challenge themselves. We believe in fostering a sense of community and teamwork through our inclusive and engaging activities.
Transportation, hot lunch and snacks are provided daily. Full-time police officer, registered nurse and social worker on staff.
