A really difficult part of being a mom is having a safe place to vent, feel supported, AND get practical solutions. Now you can take that off your wish list, because Fern Weis is offering a small group coaching program for moms in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
Being the mother of teens, tweens and young adults is confusing. It’s often unpredictable and overwhelming, and certainly different today from how we grew up. Most of all, it can be oh-so-lonely when things don’t go according to plan.
Do you wish you had answers and effective parenting strategies? A community with ongoing support? People who listen without judgment and know how challenging this is?
Now you do. Please know that you are not alone.
Eight special women will be part of Group Coaching for Moms. How do you know if you’re right for this group?
* You’re ready to share, learn, examine, explore, support and be supported.
* You know the value of taking action now, instead of waiting for a crisis.
* You desire a more satisfying family life.
* You understand that a respectful and loving relationship with your child is crucial.
* You recognize that when women gather together, unexpected and amazing things happen.
Eight women will gather twice a month for three months (6×90-minute sessions, Tuesdays from 10-11:30am) in Ridgewood to create a community. This community is dedicated to your growth as a mother and an individual.
What makes Group Coaching for Moms unique? How is it different from a support group?
After an introductory activity, the time will be divided equally among participants. Each woman will have her time to share whatever she needs help with, and receive feedback and coaching. You never have to worry if there will be time for you. (A support group is generally a guided discussion, and there is no time dedicated to individual participants.)
Wherever you are on your parenting journey, we are with you.
