This Photo Will Make You Reconsider Your Excuse for Not Exercising by Michael Wood

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and this photo of a determined woman getting some ab work done at her local playground speaks volumes. Here are my take-aways:

  • You are as young (or as old) as you feel.

  • Strength training helps fight the aging process, so work on building lean muscle whenever and wherever you can!

  • When you ignore the excuses and do the work, you’ll always feel better after you exercise.

Enjoy a little spontaneous fitness yourself today. Your body will thank you!
