Join Core Value Pilates Virtual Mat Class to Benefit Ridgewood YMCA

Core Value Pilates is excited to be offering a virtual mat classes that you can take right from home! We teach via a private video connection using Zoom, so you can join via your Mac, PC, iPhone, iPad or Android powered smart device.

This week, I am charging $20 for each mat class and 100% of this will be donated to the Ridgewood YMCA. This organization does so much for its members from 43 different towns around us and it, like so many organizations, is struggling right now as its doors are shut and its members must stay home.
